Starting or changing a career is one of the most important life decisions. Within the Academy, we are here for you so that you always have someone to turn to.
Academy
Since 2016, we have been making it easier for newcomers to start their new job role, we already count more than 200 graduates who have passed SOFTEC academy, from juniors to mid-level and seniors.
Its greatest benefits include:

COURSE OF THE ACADEMY
GOAL SETTING
Setting technical and soft skills goals using the SMART methodology, with regular evaluation of your development in the academy.

STUDY
We have developed our own educational portal where we improve and update educational materials to which you have unlimited access.
03.
PRACTICE TASK
To verify the knowledge you have gained so far, you will develop a practice task with hands-on support from your mentor.
04.
REAL PROJECT
After handing in the practice task, you gradually start using your knowledge on the first project, get to know the day-to-day functioning of the team and become its active member.
05.
COMPLETION OF THE ACADEMY
You receive a diploma for graduating, and you are an official member of the SOFTEC team.
06.
ACADEMY ACTIVITIES
In addition to work and education, we do not forget to have fun. We regularly organize events to diversify academic tasks and provide networking for the newcomers.

Organized for students and recent graduates to get an overview of interesting topics directly from the experts.
ACADEMY GATHERINGS
Regular social and sports activities full of fun to encourage team spirit.
Breakfast in the Academy
Our version of an open house, where you will learn interesting information not only from the life of the Academy and enjoy good food.
